HOW TO DEVELOP A HABIT What do you enjoy doing? How often do you do it? Everyday of our lives include activities which we either do consciously or unconsciously. We get better at what we do by practicing and that's how a habit is formed.We have things we enjoy doing, I for one, enjoy cooking and writing, I do them everyday. From the very first time I cooked till date, I have realized that I have gotten better and would get even better because I would not cease to learn and practice.What is a habit? A habit is basically a regular practice which is hard to give up. Any activity can become a habit, from licking your lips to jogging, writing, interrupting people, marketing, etc.A habit can be deliberately or indeliberately developed, hence it can be good or bad. It is advisable to learn a good habit as it can be very difficult to give up. If you want to deliberately develop a habit, you could follow the following points;Decide on what you want to develop as a habit.Research indepthly

 Psalm 25:2 "O my God, I trust in thee, let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me." Can our God ever forsake us? No! But sometimes it feels like God has turned his back on us. This should be your prayer point if you share this feeling. 

Isaiah 26:3-4 "You, LORD, give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in you.Trust in the LORD for ever; He will always protect us.The week's theme isPlease give it some thoughts over the week.

 Have you ever experienced a miracle? What was your reaction? My mum would roll on the floor and offer praises to God. I normally get emotional and start talking to God. Miracles are just beyond our understanding, it's the impossible made possible. God deserves so much praise, there's enough air in the atmosphere for all of us to breath in, at no cost. His ears are opened to everybody's cry and how many are we on earth? A lot! God is doing a great job in taking care of us, I don't know about you but I believe that everyday is a miracle and we are required to offer our praises to God.

 Do you help people? Have you been helped? Helping is a generous act which I believe gives hope to people. You don't need to be rich to help others, 

'Trust' is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something. Do you trust anyone? Do you trust yourself? It's 

 "The Lord is my shield", what is your guarantee? The bible is my guarantee! What do we need a shield for? For protection from spiritual forces who work against us. On the battle field, you are required to carry a weapon and a shield. The weapon is for attacking your enemies and the shield is for protecting yourself from the attacks from your enemies.  In this world that we find ourselves in, you won't need to commit a crime to get enemies, they would come looking for you. You need God to be your shield because He sees from all angle and He knows when to shield you from attacks.
