CHRISTIANITY BENEFITS

Psalm 37:35 I have been young, (now) I am old, yet I have not seen a righteous man forsaken or his descendants begging for bread.  Do you know of any righteous man who is forsaken and his descendants begging for bread?I know a handfull and I am positive you do as well. But does that mean that there aren't genuine Christians?

BANK

How long have you been saving? How much do you have in your account? Do you have a savings plan? In what ways has your savings habit benefited you? At an early stage I had a box for saving money. I felt elated each time I dropped notes or coins in my box. I deliberately spent half of my pocket money and saved the other half. I felt joy in handing over my savings to my mum.  Do you know that there is a bank for everything you do? There isn't a physical setup like the financial bank but your deeds piles up and at some point in time your bear it's fruits.  Prayer also has a bank. We pray into the future because each day has it's own troubles. Most times we find ourselves in our comfort zones and feel we don't need to pray. Keep this in mind, today's troubles were orchestrated years ago, way before you were born. You need today's prays to survive tomorrow Godwilling.  If you don't have a prayer account, please open one today and consistently make deposits.  Star

TIME MANAGEMENT

How was yesterday? Was it productive? Did you waste any time?  If you have something to do today, please don't postpone it because tomorrow may not present the same opportunities.  Time wasted can never be retrieved .

BIRTH AND DEATH

One of the best moments parents experience is welcoming a baby. What do you think matters most in life? your birth and your death. What happens on your day of birth can affect your  entire life and that moment is not yours to control. I've watched documentaries of pregnancy complications which affected the formation of bodies, were the babies at fault? Certainly not and yet they had go live with it all their lives. Your birth is the entry to this world which happens to be unpredictable. The joy of every mother is the growth of their kids, they want the best for them.  On your day of birth your life lies in the hands of your parents but as you grow, you gain control and navigate your life. There are some things you can't control, leave that in the hands of the Almighty.  The saddest moments is the death of a loved one, they leave unannounced but without death we would have lived forever, I don't know about you but I don't want to live forever on earth; I would get tired

WHY LIVE IN FEAR

We live in a world characterized with strange events. Should we live in fear when we have no control over things around us? What causes fear? Uncertainty, failure, the unknown, pain, danger, etc. Fear is an unpleasant emotion which can lead to stress and restlessness. The future is unpredictable but it should not cause fear. It should not devoid you of the joy of today neither should it prevent you from hoping for a better future.  We may not know what the future holds but we can plan and work towards achieving our goals. It is God who establishes our plans so don't exempt Him from your life.

LIVELIHOOD

John 14:6 And Jesus said unto them, "I am the way, the truth and the life, nobody comes to the father except through me. KEYWORDS  Way, truth, life The followers of Christ are called Christians because they emulate or are suppose to emulate the life  of Christ. We are to do that because we live among unbelievers and we could be the only bible they are reading.  Jesus Christ is the way and what does it mean to  be the way? Have you ever walked through a thicket? How was the experience? The path of Christianity was established in the Garden of Eden. God made man and woman, gave them a livelihood. They had the Garden of Eden to cater for and had the privilege of receiving visits from God. This should have been the way but sin robbed us of it. Then the law was established but Jesus Christ was needed to make salvation possible. That's the way, accept Him and He would lead you down His path. The truth is the Holy Spirit. Do you have the Holy Spirit in you? Is He active in your hear
