How long did it take to find a  needle,  you had dropped  on the floor? For my ladies, how long does it take to find an earring dropped on the floor. Imagine looking for a needle in a hay stack; you might as well get comfortable, because it's going to take a long time. When you lose a valuable thing in life, it's difficult to get it back. Appreciate every little thing that comes your way, it might not be of benefit now but it sure would be in future. Remember that it is difficult to retrieve things you have lost.

LISTEN, TRUST AND OBEY

 Some people have the tendency of talking more than listening. They always want to be heard but how would you know if you don't listen? Sometimes only your ears are necessary, your lips need to be sealed. You can learn a lot when you listen. God also talks but if you are always whining about your misfortunes, you wouldn't hear him. You need to listen to his whispers and trust and obey him. These are the best principles to hold unto as child of God.

BRAGGING

 Everybody is good at something. I'm good at writing, you may be good at singing, dancing, cooking, talking, dressing, relating to others, influencing people, etc. How long can you do these things? Can it last for a day? You certainly can't do one thing throughout the day but you may be better than someone and that doesn't mean you should brag about it. What can't God do? He has commanded a storm, parted a way in the red sea, awoken the dead, caused food to fall from the sky, healed the sick, filled the lands with rich minerals, and yet he has never bragged. Be you, don't compare yourself to others, believe in yourself but don't brag.
