MUSIC THERAPY

 Music Therapy is a medical use of music to accomplish some health goals such as reducing stress, calming nerves, stabilizing emotions, boosting moods, etc. 

What songs do you like to listen to? How well do you relate with them? How often do you listen to them? I've got some songs that I listen to on a daily basis, the lyrics communicates my emotions. 

 Sometimes we can't seem to express my emotions, try listening to some music.
